Storage Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4 degree C. Reconstitute by adding sterile ddH2O. Aliquot and store at 4 degree C. DO NOT FREEZE! Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
