Refunds & Returns
You may return most new and unopened incorrect items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For this case we'll also pay the return shipping costs. By incorrect items we mean any different product received instead of the one ordered results of an error from our side.
For any other situation, we don't accept or handle any returns.
If you need to return an incorrect item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return incorrect items from your order.
Gentaur does its best to ship products available in stock in the same working day or the next working day for orders placed later in the afternoon, the evening or at night before 00h00. The delivery delay may take longer depending on the shipping address accessibility to the courier or the customs release for international shipments.
For the products that are not in stock, and/or need to be manufactured the delivery takes longer, usually 1 to 4 weeks. Please contact our technical support to get more information about the delivery delays.
By validating your order, you accept that the shipping is handled by a 3rd party: TNT, FedEx, UPS and/or Schenker.
It is up to the responsibility of the customer to give a correct and verified shipping/delivery address.
Gentaur guarantees to fill in the address as communicated by the customer.
Gentaur reserves the right to refuse liability in case of unexpected delays and/or errors resulting from circumstances beyond its control.
Any order can be cancelled and refunded, if asked by the customer before it has been processed. By processed, we mean added to our ordering system. You can contact our support to check the status of your order and its eligibility to be cancelled and refunded.
You should expect to receive your refund for cancelled orders within two weeks, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your refund (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
