Product Gene Name Synonyme: N/A

Other Gene Names: [IL13RA2; IL13RA2; CT19; IL-13R; IL13BP; CD213A2; IL13R; IL-13 receptor subunit alpha-2; IL-13R subunit alpha-2; IL-13R-alpha-2; IL-13RA2]

Clonality: Monoclonal

Isotype: IgG1

Clone: [5E512]

Host: Mouse

Reactivity: Human

Specificity: Recognizes IL-13R 1 transiently expressed on the cell surface of transfected BOSC cells as well as the native protein on monocytes (W. Luttmann, unpublished data).

Purity: Affinity Purified
Purified by protein G affinity chromatography from cell culture supernatants and is routinely tested by flow cytometry on BOSC cells transiently transfected with an IL-13R 1 expression vector.

Form: Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2, 0.01% sodium azide.

Concentration: N/A

Storage Stability: May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Freeze at -20 degree C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Tested Application: ELISA (EL/EIA), Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS)
