Storage Stability: Preparation: Purified LDL is labeled with the fluorescent probe Dil (1,1’-dioctadecyl-3,3,3’,3’-tettramethyl-indo carbocyanine perchlorate). The resultant product is then dialyzed against 0.15M sodium chloride, 0.05M TRIS, pH 7.4, 0.3mM EDTA, sterilized by filtration.

Storage: May be stored at 4 Deg. C For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4 . Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Tested Application: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.
