Other Names: N/A
Product Gene Name: [GDI]
Product Gene Name Synonyme: N/A
Other Gene Names: N/A
Clonality: Polyclonal
Isotype: IgG
Clone: N/A
Host: Rabbit
Reactivity: Bovine, Human, Mouse, Rat
Specificity: Specific for GDI-1 (~50kD). GDI-1 is also referred to as GDI-a and Rab3A GDI (1). Crossreactivity to GDI-2 (~46kD) has been observed. A synthetic peptide, corresponding to a 20 amino acid sequence of bovine brain Rab Guanine Nucleotide Dissociation Inhibitor (GDI), was conjugated to carrier protein and used as the immunogen. This sequence is conserved in both mouse and rat GDI proteins. Human, mouse and rat. Reactivity has been confirmed by Western blot analysis of extracts derived from human HEK293 cells and of recombinant bovine Rab-GDI.
Purity: Purified by Immunoaffinity chromatography.
Form: Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2. No preservatives added. Labeled with Biotin.
