Specificity: Specific for the 86kD CUL-1 protein and does not crossreact with the related CUL2 protein. Antibody reactivity has been confirmed by Western blotting and immunoprecipitation using both recombinanat CUL1 protein and cell lysates. Reacts with human CUL1. Reactivity with other species is possible based on sequence homology but has not been tested.

Storage Stability: Store product at 4 degree C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20 degree C.
