Serum (dialyzed)

Form: Supplied as a lyophilized powder from 10mM sodium phosphate, 0.15M sodium chloride, pH 7.2. Reconstitute with 2.2ml of sterile ddH2O. Allow reconstituted product to stand for at least 30 minutes at RT prior to dilution.

Storage Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degree C. Stable for 12 months at -20 degree C. Reconstitute with 2ml/10ml of deionized water. Swirl gently and let stand for up to 2 hours at 18-25 degree C. Centrifuge reconstituted serum to remove any precipitates.. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degree C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
