Other Gene Names: [KLRC1; KLRC1; NKG2; NKG2A; CD159A; NKG2A]

Clonality: Monoclonal

Isotype: IgG2a

Clone: [10F237]

Host: Rat

Reactivity: Mouse

Specificity: Recognizes mouse NKG2A, NKG2C and NKG2E, which are isoforms of the NKG2 lectin-like family. Reported to block ligand binding to the receptor.

Purity: Affinity Purified
Purified by Protein G affinity chromatography.

Form: Supplied as a lyophilized powder from PBS, pH 7.4, 1% BSA, 0.09% sodium azide. Reconstitute with 1ml sterile ddH2O. Labeled with R-Phycoerythrin (PE).

Concentration: N/A

Storage Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4 degree C. Reconstitute with sterile buffer or dH2O. Aliquot and store at 4 degree C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light.

Tested Application: Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS)
