Specificity: Reacts with the human glycosylated and unglycosylated Syndecan-3 protein. On Western blots using T47D cell lysates, it identi es a single band at ~120kD. On Western Blots using HEP-G2 cell lysates, it identi es bands of 120kD and 40kD. Reactivity has been con rmed with human T47D and HEP G2 cell lysates.
