Clone: N/A

Host: Goat

Reactivity: N/A

Specificity: Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Goat Serum as well as purified and partially purified Glutathione-STransferase [Schistosoma japonicum]. Cross reactivity against Glutathione-S-Transferase from other sources may occur but has not been specifically determined.

Purity: Affinity Purified
Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography using GST coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities and extensive dialysis against the buffer stated above.

Form: Supplied as a lyophilized powder from PBS, pH 7.2, 10mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease free)

Concentration: N/A

Storage Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20 degree C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Tested Application: ELISA (EL/EIA), Western Blot (WB), Immunofluorescence (IF)
