Reactivity: Bovine, Feline, Porcine

Specificity: Reacts with the ~55kD c-Fos protein. Additional and unidentified bands at ~65 and ~75kD were also observed in Western blots of EGF-stimulated A431 and T47D cell lysates. Reactivity has been confirmed in Western blotting with human U2-OS, SW480, T47D, EGF-stimulated A431, NCI-H69, and jurkat cell lysates. The 55kD target band was also identified in mouse NIH-3T3 and rat PC-12 cell lysates. Based on amino acid sequence homology, reactivity is also expected with porcine, bovine, cat, Chinese hamster, and golden hamster c-Fos proteins.

Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
