Description

Guanine Nucleotide Dissociation Inhibitor (GDI) | MBS611886 | MyBiosource

Product Short Name: [Guanine Nucleotide Dissociation Inhibitor]

Product Name Synonyme: [Anti -Guanine Nucleotide Dissociation Inhibitor (GDI)]

Other Names: [G-protein beta subunit and guanine nucleotide dissociation inhibitor for Gpa2p; G-protein beta subunit and guanine nucleotide dissociation inhibitor for Gpa2p]

Product Gene Name: N/A

Product Gene Name Synonyme: N/A

Other Gene Names: [PAS_chr1-4_0063]

Clonality: Polyclonal

Isotype: IgG

Clone: N/A

Host: Rabbit

Reactivity: Bovine, Human, Mouse, Rat

Specificity: Speci c for GDI-1 (~50kD). GDI-1 is also referred to as GDI-a and Rab3A GDI (1). Crossreactivity to GDI-2 (~46kD) has been observed. A synthetic peptide, corresponding to a 20 amino acid sequence of bovine brain Rab Guanine Nucleotide Dissociation Inhibitor (GDI), was conjugated to carrier protein and used as the immunogen. This sequence is conserved in both mouse and rat GDI proteins. Human, mouse and rat. Reactivity has been con rmed by Western blot analysis of extracts derived from human HEK293 cells and of recombinant bovine Rab-GDI.

Purity: Affinity Purified
Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.

Form: Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.4, 0.05% sodium azide.

Concentration: N/A

Storage Stability: May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Freeze at -20 degree C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Tested Application: ELISA (EL/EIA), Western Blot (WB), Immunoprecipitation (IP)
