Product Name Synonyme: [Anti -Heat Shock Protein 70, Universal (HSP70) ]

Other Names: [hypoxia up-regulated protein 1; Hypoxia up-regulated protein 1; hypoxia up-regulated protein 1; GRP-170; calcium binding protein 140; 140 kDa Ca (2+) -binding protein; 150-kDa oxygen regulated protein; calcium binding protein, 140 kDa; 170 kDa glucose regulated protein GRP170; hypoxia up-regulated 1; 140 kDa Ca (2+) -binding protein]

Product Gene Name: N/A

Product Gene Name Synonyme: N/A

Other Gene Names: [Hyou1; Hyou1; Cab140; Grp170; Orp150; CBP-140; AI415631; Grp170; GRP-170; CBP-140]

Clonality: Monoclonal

Isotype: IgG

Clone: [6D890]

Host: Mouse

Reactivity: Avian, Drosophila, Frog, Human, Mouse

Specificity: Recognizes several members of the HSP70 gene family, including HSP70, HSC70, GRP78, and following heat shock, HSP72 in a broad range of species, including human, mouse, avian, frog, fish, drosophila, and wheat HSP70. Detects bands from ~70 to ~78kDa by Western blot, representing different members of the HSP70 family. 2-D-gel electrophoresis is required to resolve the heat induced form of these proteins from their constitutively expressed counterparts.

Purity: Ascites
Ascites

Form: Supplies as a liquid in PBS

Concentration: N/A

Storage Stability: May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile glycerol (40-50%) , aliquot and store at -20 degree C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Tested Application: Western Blot (WB) , Immunoprecipitation (IP) , Immunocytochemistry (ICC)
