Product Name Synonyme: [MHC-C;; HLAC; HLA-JY3; HLC-C; HLA-C; PSORS1 Leukocyte Antigen C; HLA class I histocompatibility antigen, Cw-7 alpha chain]
Other Names: [HLA class I histocompatibility antigen, Cw-1 alpha chain; HLA class I histocompatibility antigen, Cw-7 alpha chain; HLA class I histocompatibility antigen, Cw-1 alpha chain; HLA class I histocompatibility antigen, C alpha chain; MHC class I antigen heavy chain HLA-C; human leukocyte antigen-C alpha chain; major histocompatibility antigen HLA-C; major histocompatibility complex, class I, C; MHC class I antigen Cw*7]
Product Gene Name: [MHCC]
Product Gene Name Synonyme: N/A
Other Gene Names: [HLA-C; HLA-C; HLC-C; D6S204; PSORS1; HLA-JY3; HLAC]
Clonality: Monoclonal
Isotype: IgG1 Kappa
Clone: [C4]
Host: Mouse
Reactivity: Human
Specificity: The antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody raised against MHCC. It has been selected for its ability to recognize MHCC in immunohistochemical staining and western blotting.
Purity: Protein A + Protein G Affinity Chromatography
Form: Liquid; PBS, pH7.4, containing 0.02% NaN3, 50% glycerol.
Concentration: 500ug/ml
Storage Stability: Store at 4 degree C for frequent use. Aliquot and store at -20 degree C for 12 months.
Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37 degree C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
Tested Application: Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunoprecipitation (IP)
