Specificity: Recognizes mouse ephrin-A4 protein. Reactivity is confirmed with a chimeric protein consisting of the extracellular domain of human ephrin-A4 and the Fc region of human IgG1. Crossreactivity with human ephrin-A4 is also confirmed with IHC experiments on human tissue sections and this reactivity was expected because of the 80% shared amino acid identity in the extracellular domains.
