Product Name Synonyme: N/A

Other Names: [endonuclease G, mitochondrial; Endonuclease G, mitochondrial; endonuclease G, mitochondrial; endo G; mitochondrial endonuclease G; endonuclease G]

Product Gene Name: [EndoG]

Product Gene Name Synonyme: N/A

Other Gene Names: [ENDOG; ENDOG; Endo G]

Clonality: Polyclonal

Isotype: IgG

Clone: N/A

Host: Rabbit

Reactivity: Human, Mouse, Rat

Specificity: Recognizes human Endonuclease G (EndoG), a mitochondrion-specific nuclease that translocates to the nucleus and cleaves chromatin DNA during apoptosis. EndoG is specifically activated by apoptotic stimuli and is able to induce nucleosomal fragmentation of DNA independently of caspase and DFF/CAD (1,2). Species Crossreactivity: mouse and rat.

Purity: Purified by Immunoaffinity chromatography.

Form: Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2. No preservative added. Labeled with Biotin.

Concentration: N/A

Storage Stability: May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (30-50%). Freeze at -20 degree C.
