Reactivity has been confirmed by Western Blot using a synthetic b-Amyloid peptide (1-40), by immunohistochemistry on Alzheimer's diseased human brain sections and by immunoprecipitation of 35S-methionine labeled b-Amyloid peptide secreted by transfected culture cells.
