Product Gene Name Synonyme: N/A

Other Gene Names: [LAMC2; LAMC2; B2T; CSF; EBR2; BM600; EBR2A; LAMB2T; LAMNB2; LAMB2T; LAMNB2; CSF 140 kDa subunit]

Clonality: Monoclonal

Isotype: IgG1

Clone: [2Q586]

Host: Mouse

Reactivity: Human

Specificity: Recognizes the 150kD (precursor form) and 105kD (mature form) chain proteins of human Laminin 5. No reactivity is expected with other laminin types, as the gamma 2 chain of laminin is unique to Laminin 5. Strong positive staining is seen in basement membrane of the following tissues: skin, esophagus, lung and kidney. Positive staining is also seen in stomach, small intestine, spleen, thymus, prostate and ovary. Thyroid, testis, skeletal and cardiac muscle were negative for Laminin 5 staining.

Purity: Purified by Protein A Affinity Chromatography.

Form: Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2. No preservative added. Labeled with Allophycocyanin (APC).

Concentration: N/A

Storage Stability: Store at 4 degree C. Do Not Freeze.

Tested Application: ELISA (EIA), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Western Blot (WB)
