Description

Anti - WNK1 (Kinase deficient protein, Protein kinase lysine deficient 1, Protein kinase with no lysine 1, Serine/threonine protein kinase WNK1) | MBS618586 | MyBiosource

Product Short Name: [WNK1]

Product Name Synonyme: [WNK1 (Kinase deficient protein, Protein kinase lysine deficient 1, Protein kinase with no lysine 1, Serine/threonine protein kinase WNK1)]

Other Names: [WNK1 protein; WNK1 protein; serine/threonine-protein kinase WNK1; OTTHUMP00000115370; OTTHUMP00000237889; erythrocyte 65 kDa protein; protein kinase with no lysine 1; protein kinase lysine-deficient 1; protein kinase, lysine deficient 1; prostate-derived sterile 20-like kinase; WNK lysine deficient protein kinase 1]

Product Gene Name: [WNK1]

Product Gene Name Synonyme: N/A

Other Gene Names: [WNK1; WNK1; KDP; PSK; p65; HSN2; HSAN2; PRKWNK1; KIAA0344; MGC163339; MGC163341]

Clonality: Polyclonal

Isotype: IgG

Clone: N/A

Host: Host: Rabbit
Source: Human

Reactivity: Human

Specificity: Peptide is 100% conserved in rat and human WNK1. No significant sequence homology is seen with other WNKs or other kinases. Antibody reactivity in various species is not known. The Control peptide, because of its low MW (<3kD), is not suitable for Western. It should be used for ELISA or antibody blocking experiments (use 5-10 ug control peptide per 1 ug of aff pure IgG or 1 ul antiserum) to confirm antibody specificity.

Purity: Serum

Form: Serum
Supplied as a liquid, neat serum, 40% glycerol.

Concentration: N/A

Storage Stability: May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Freeze at -20 degree C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Tested Application: ELISA, Western Blot
