Specificity: Recognizes mouse antigen ER-HR3. ER-HR3 is a cell surface antigen which is expressed by Langerhans cells in epithelium, a subset of mature macrophages and dendritic cells that are located predominantly in hematopoietic and lymphoid organs. Initial studies of ER-HR3 demonstrated expression on peripheral blood monocytes but recent studies suggest that expression is actually very low.

Purity: Purified by Protein G affinity chromatography.

Concentration: ~1mg/ml

Storage Stability: May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and store at -20 degree C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
