Product Short Name: [CD51/CD61 Integrin alphaV beta3]

Product Name Synonyme: [Anti -CD51/CD61 Integrin alphaV beta3 (RGD-dependent Vitronectin Receptor) (PE)]

Other Names: N/A

Product Gene Name: N/A

Product Gene Name Synonyme: N/A

Other Gene Names: N/A

Clonality: Monoclonal

Isotype: IgG1

Clone: [4j22]

Host: Mouse

Reactivity: Chicken, Human

Specificity: Recognizes the intact complex formed between the CD51 and CD61 molecules (alpha V and beta 3 integrins). This complex binds vitronectin at the RGD sequence and can also bind fibrinogen, von Willebrand factor, thrombospondin, fibronectin, osteopontin and collagen. Reacts with osteoclasts, placenta, melanoma cell lines and weakly with platelets. Species Cross Reactivity: Human, chicken. Does not crossreact with porcine, lapine or bovine tissue.

Purity: Affinity Purified
Puriffied by Protein G affinity chromatography

Form: Supplied as a lyophilized powder in PBS, pH 7.2, 1.0% BSA, 0.1% sodium azide. Conjugated to R. Phycoerythrin (RPE). Reconstitute with 1ml sterile 40-50% glycerol, ddH2O.

Concentration: N/A

Storage Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4 degree C. Reconstitute by adding ddH2O. Aliquot and store at 4 degree C. DO NOT FREEZE! Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Tested Application: Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS)
