Specificity: When tested by immunoelectrophoresis as an antigen concentration of 10 mg/ml, the pattern of precipitation against goat anti-mouse whole serum is the same as that against goat anti-mouse IgG, Fc fragment specific. By indirect ELISA this antibody reacts with purified Dog IgE and does not with other canine immunoglobulins. Optimal working dilutions should be determined for the particular assay conditions.
