Specificity: This antibody recognizes ~8-9 kDa of human ubiquitin protein from Alzheimer’s disease brain tissue lystes by Western blot. By immunohistostaing, it stains nuclear, cytoplasmic and cell membrane from the same tissues (Formalin-fixed tissue needs boiling in 10 mM Citrate Buffer for 10 min). This antibody reacts with human. The other species are not tested.
