Specificity: Monoclonal antibody to acetylcholine was obtained after AKRT mouse immunization with the conjugates: Choline-Glutaric acid-carrier proteins and hybridization of spleen cells with myeloma cell line SP2/O/Ag14. Ascites production was performed in irradiated BALB/c mice. The ascitic fluid was purified by ammonium sulfate precipitation. This antibody targets conjugated choline-glutaric acid. Using a conjugate choline-glutaric acid-BSA, antibody specificity was performed with an ELISA test by competition experiments
