Specificity: This product is an IgG fraction antibody purified from monospecific antiserum by a multi-step process which includes delipidation, salt fractionation and ion exchange chromatography followed by extensive dialysis against the buffer stated above. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Goat Serum as well as purified and partially purified Aldolase [Rabbit Muscle]. This antibody will detect human Aldolase. Cross reactivity against Aldolase from other tissues and species may also occur. It has been reported that this antibody can detect human Aldolase on immunoblot showing a 41 kDa band in lysates from MCF7, NMB231 and HBL100 cell lines.
