Specificity: This protein A purified antibody is directed against human RNF34 protein. The product was purified from monospecific antiserum by protein A chromatography followed by exhaustive dialysis against the buffer stated above. A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross-reactivity with RNF34 protein from orangutan (99%), bovine (91%), dog (89%), mouse (88%) and rat (85%) based on a high degree of protein:protein homology with the immunizing sequence. Expect reactivity with isoform 1 and 2 of RNF34. Reactivity against homologues from other sources is not known.
